DIGITAL: Give a Grad a Go wanted a home page which was a portal into the rest of the site. It’s a quick snapshot which gives the user a second level of entry into the navigation.

DIGITAL: We wanted the site to be interactive, so pages like the ‘employer’ or ‘how it works’ reveal the benefits of using GAGAGO once you mouse over or click an image.

DIGITAL: Good client testimonials reinforce what a Company is about, and GAGAGO’s make great reading. Testament to their ethos and work ethic of the team.

DIGITAL: Paramount to the site is the Jobs Board. We developed the back end with GAGAGO to give them a fully functional CMS area which enables them to update new vacancies quickly and efficiently.

DIGITAL: When viewing the Jobs Board candidates can only see the top line of information, once signed up and logged in they are able to view the whole job spec.

DIGITAL: It is vital if a company wants to grow organically to add fresh content to go up the Google rankings. By adding relevant information, you encourage the user to come back to the site and in turn go up the ladder in rankings.

IDENTITY: The Give a Grad a Go identity is all about thinking. We wanted to create a logo with a personality that stood out from the crowded marketplace.

IDENTITY: The illustrations are a fundamental part to the GAGAGO brand.

PRINT: The GAGAGO identity applied to the stationery and multi coloured business cards.
Give a Grad a Go started trading in October 2009. It’s aim is to link talented young graduates with the commercial world, through unique work experience and placement opportunities. They call themselves the cupid of the recruitment world. Initially we pitched for the identity; the work then developed into the website design copywriting and build, plus marketing and brand development. Brand-ing worked closely with the MD Cary Curtis and his team creating an identity that is different for the marketplace, and sets them apart from their competitors.
Giving my company an identity that separated it from the crowd was an area I thought would be a real struggle. You have a concept, you come up with a name, then what? I turned to Brand-ing to lay out a few initial ideas, within a short space of time we’d progressed from a chat over a coffee to a company image, a logo and what I believe to be a really powerful brand. All generated from their vision, resourcefulness and his understanding of exactly what it was i needed.
The work on the website then required a lot of research, meetings and detailed design work which Gary Ingram and his team made look easy. Working with Brand-ing will continue to be a pleasure and a privilege as, without any doubt, they have a significant impact in getting Give A Grad A Go off the ground so quickly and cost effectively.
